Our restaurant "In Terra", is located on the hotel lobby level. It complements the colonial architecture of romantic arches built with the dry stone method, travertine tables and comfortable wrought iron chairs. You can enjoy a light lunch under the warm daylight, before taking a tour of the city. In the evening during dinner, you can immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere and enjoy our excellent service.

We focus on making your dining experience extraordinary!

Our restaurant will delight you with an exquisite variety of traditional dishes, which are considered Sacred Food for the Incas. Our meals are presented in a special menu designed by Le Cordon Blue Chefs. Each dish is prepared with fresh products, organic vegetables and carefully selected native ingredients.

Traditional Peruvian dishes

We use organic, non-GMO products, grains with high protein content such as quinoa, kiwicha, and purple corn. In addition, we have a wide variety of potatoes at your disposal. These vary according to the region and have different textures and colors. For example, yucca, native to the tropical jungle near Cusco and Machu Picchu, is a tuber that can serve as an accompaniment to a seafood or meat dish.

Organic ingredients

Mother nature has been very generous in offering us Andean species such as rocoto and aromatic herbs such as rue, huacatay, muña, which are found in the hills and gardens of the Sacred Valley in Cusco. This makes Peruvians enjoy these foods daily at their tables.

Andean spices

In order to have the best Andean gastronomic experience and feel that you have truly explored Peru (Inca Culture), we suggest you try our traditional dishes such as "Lomo Saltado", "Arroz con Pollo", "Papa a la Huancaina", "Ají de gallina" and the exotic "Alpaca Terra Andina". We want to share with you the flavors and Peruvian culinary tradition of the Inca culture.

Peruvian beverages

Our bar will delight you with all kinds of fruit juices, such as oranges, lemons, papaya, pineapple, mango, chicha morada, cocona and seasonal fruit. Chicha morada is a typical Peruvian refreshment, with a high content of antioxidants. Cocona, similar in appearance to an orange-colored tomato, is rich in vitamin "C". In addition, among the various beverages, we offer a selection of wines, cocktails, Peruvian beer, traditional Pisco Sour and Algarrobina.
